At AC Photo we believe that photography pricing should be as upfront and transparent as possible; after all, price will be a major consideration for most of us when choosing a service. Different photographers take differing approaches to pricing, which can make comparing photography pricing as confusing as comparing mobile phone tariffs!

Session Fees

Some studios offer very inexpensive session fees; this is done with a view to placing an emphasis on after session sales of prints, high resolution images and other products. There is nothing wrong with this approach - you can have a professional studio session at a low price!

The truth is, with such an approach the photographer is under pressure to make those after session sales. A one hour session can involve 8 to 10 hours of work for the photographer. There is arranging the session and setting up the studio, the session itself, editing and retouching the images, and creating the online gallery. And that's just a summary! You can see that a £50 session fee is not going to serve the photographer well!

Our commitment at AC Photo is to providing a quality service and product at a price which is fair to both the photographer and you, the client. Our session fees include all arrangements for the session, the session itself, all editing and retouching as well as an online gallery where you can view and download your images.

This digital delivery may be all you need, which means that you go away with some quality images at a fair price and the photographer need not bemoan a 'lost opportunity'.

'No compromise on quality, and value for money' - Joanne H

Our session fees start at £150 for a one hour session; this includes a relaxed, informal shoot at our studio in Leeds from which you will receive a minimum of 15 to 20 fully edited and retouched high resolution images in your very own online gallery. We don't watch the clock so you don't need to worry about time, all you need to do is relax and enjoy the experience! The number of images delivered can vary, but if it's a good shot, you'll get the image!

A 90 minute session costs £200, from which you can expect delivery of a minimum of 25 images.

A 2 hour session costs £250 and includes a minimum of 30 images.

The number of images delivered is almost always well above the stated minimum!
